12c HID Driver wont start error code 10 RRS feed

  • Hi I have tried everything and cannot get the touch screen to work at all and have the error code 10 for one of the 3 12C HID Drivers that seem to be on the hard drive. Can you help me at all please?

    I have gone through all the automatic driver updates and troubleshoots etc and nothing is fixing the problem also have done a factory reset

  • What hardware is this?  Why do you think the touchscreen is an I2C device?  Have you contacted the manufacturer's technical support?
