I feel rather than helping hand everyone wants to throw it in another forum.

I have got the fix and it was one of the hotfix which was causing the issue.

  • Hello,

I don't think that you have posted on the good forum. So i propose you that a moderator moves your thread on another forum where your thread should be answered more quickly

    http://social.msdn.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/sqltools/threads

    or

    http://social.msdn.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/sqldatabaseengine/threads

    or

    http://social.msdn.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/sqlintegrationservices/threads ( if related to SSIS )

Don't create a new thread on another forum about this problem. One of the most important work of moderators is to move threads from a forum to another one. Post to give your agreement and when the move will be done, you will receive an alert giving you the new link about your thread. Thanks  ( it is the best way to avoid to have threads which will never be replied or multiple threads about the same problem on several forums )

The moderators are waiting for your agreement ( in this case, the move will be done ASAP )

    Have a nice day

  • Hi,

As Papy’s said, your question is more related to SSIS, I recommend that you ask it in SSIS forum, so you can get better answers.

  • Again its the wrong forum . It should be raised in SQl tools .

But still a couple of suggestions

    1) check using DTCPING that your able to connect between client and server

    2) Check Msdtc settings

    3) Last option Unistall and Reinstall MSDTC
