Need for clarifications about Windows store backoffice RRS feed

  • Dear Company,

    we are using the windows store backoffice, to answer Customer review to our windows phone app.

    After one week of usage we need some clarifications:

    • Will our answers be visible to all customers or only to the customer that has done the review? If all, since when will they be visible (starting  from the date of publishing)?
    • On some reviews there isn’t the answer button,  is there a reason for this?
    • In the  backoffice of windows phone store, we have found some reviews that are not public (we can see them only from the backoffice) is there a reason for this?
