    Hello,

I am seeking some guidance. At one of my clients the logs have been growing in some cases over 2GB a day. I have set the size limit to 10mb since. The following is a snipit.

    2010-03-19 17:04:48 10.40.3.21 POST /EWS/Exchange.asmx SoapAction=SyncFolderItems;Version=1;RpcC=6;RpcL=0;LdapC=0;LdapL=0; 443 domain\jamie 10.0.1.53 Mac+OS+X/10.6.2+(10C540);+ExchangeWebServices/1.1+(56);+Mail/4.2+(1077) 200 0 0 0

    2010-03-19 17:04:48 10.40.3.21 POST /EWS/Exchange.asmx SoapAction=SyncFolderItems;Version=1;RpcC=6;RpcL=0;LdapC=0;LdapL=0; 443 domain\jamie 10.0.1.53 Mac+OS+X/10.6.2+(10C540);+ExchangeWebServices/1.1+(56);+Mail/4.2+(1077) 200 0 0 15

    2010-03-19 17:04:49 10.40.3.21 POST /EWS/Exchange.asmx SoapAction=SyncFolderItems;Version=1;RpcC=6;RpcL=0;LdapC=0;LdapL=0; 443 domain\jamie 10.0.1.53 Mac+OS+X/10.6.2+(10C540);+ExchangeWebServices/1.1+(56);+Mail/4.2+(1077) 200 0 0 577

    2010-03-19 17:04:49 10.40.3.21 POST /EWS/Exchange.asmx SoapAction=SyncFolderItems;Version=1;RpcC=6;RpcL=0;LdapC=0;LdapL=0; 443 domain\jamie 10.0.1.53 Mac+OS+X/10.6.2+(10C540);+ExchangeWebServices/1.1+(56);+Mail/4.2+(1077) 200 0 0 0

There are several MAC's as well as different flavors of Windows\Outlook. this particulart entry seems to be the most prevelent. I am definately open to suggestions.

I would disable logging if you don't need it on this server.   For more exchange assistance, check www.msexchange.org

I am facing the same issue. I did installed Advanced loggig 1.0 however the cs-uri-query does not log the SoapAction=SyncFolderItems;Version=1;RpcC=6;RpcL=0;LdapC=0;LdapL=0; information in the log entry.

I need to first know how to ensure the cs-uri-query field logs the details; Next I would like to know how to exclude these log entries -- filter out from being logged based on the regular expression "SoapAction***"

    Thanks & Regards,
