remove Server:Microsoft-HTTPAPI/2.0 in response header when use OWIN to self-host ASP.NET

use service fabric and owin to self-host ASP.NET

can't remove response header server:Microsoft-HTTPAPI/2.0

I have tried https://blogs.msdn.microsoft.com/varunm/2013/04/23/remove-unwanted-http-response-headers/ , but it doesn't work.

Not sure what this has to do with SF - this is really an ASP.NET concern.
