I am facing an issue that SSRS Reports some fields such as show/hide are visible in chrome can you guide me how to resolve it.

Kindly elaborate a little more about the issue. Do you mean that the fields that are hidden can be seen in Chrome?
Well, another thing is which mode are you using it Chrome may NOT be one of the Supported Browsers:
