Issue BizTalk POP3 Adapter not receiving message within polling interval RRS feed

  • Hi,

    We are using  BizTalk POP3 Adapter for receiving email from gmail and then sending it to some recipients. Polling interval is set to 2 minutes. Even it taking almost 20 minutes for pulling only one email from gmail. So I am not sure why it taking so much time on pull. Can anyone have any idea on this?

  • This is a situation where you need to test against another email service or with another client first.

    It's possible the message does't appear at the same time in the over the different protocols.

    Could you please confirm the version of BizTalka and also check if latest CU updated on server.
