Try to reinstall your Display drivers.

Windows Developer Preview includes several new options for recovering your system from errors or problems, one of which is the Push Button Reset. Push Button Reset is exposed to the user as two different options.
In this case, let’s try to “Refresh your PC without affecting your files,” first.
Go to Control Panel within the Metro UI. Click on General -> Under Refresh your PC without affecting files, click on “Get Started.”
This will restore your settings to defaults. Click Next -> and follow the prompts to Refresh your PC.
After you have completed these steps, do you still experience the same errors?

What display resolution are you running? You need at least 1024x768 for
Metro apps.
