Web application .net core for files management

hi community,

Im biggener .net developer, and i want to create a web application to manage companies users files.

each company has a list of users, each user has their files.

my application permit to users to see their files, i don't have a clear idea to how can i start. 

what kind of authentication should i use? 

what is the best way to storage files? (a large quantity of files)

Authentication/authorization .NET Identity is built into the standard templates.

On disk or in a database. 

Honestly, these problem have been solved and there is a lot of information on the internet.  I recommend learning the fundamentals which should help you design a proper solution.
