Custom Alert for Office Suite on Print Button

Question
-
HI,
I like to know is there any way to put custom alert on Outlook Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook), so that when ever user click the print button he gets the alert that "Is print really required? If yes, please print on both sides". Or other any custom message.

Hello,
You can repurpose built-in ribbon controls. See Temporarily Repurpose Commands on the Office Fluent Ribbon for more information.
The list of built-in control IDs are available:
Office 2010 Help Files: Office Fluent User Interface Control Identifiers
Office 2013 Help Files: Office Fluent User Interface Control Identifiers
Office 2016 Help Files: Office Fluent User Interface Control Identifiers

Hi masterwaqar,
Yes, follow the link Eugene provides to create a repurposed command, and in case you have trouble find the command id, here's a good tip for you,
Click File -> Options -> Custom Ribbon, hover over the custom command for a second, the string in brackets is the command ID which you can use in your costom ribbon file.
