    Hello,

    Is c# windows application has an ability to receive the message in sms and reply it that the message has been sent was receiving? If yes, then what is the basic requirement to be required?

    If you want send and receive sms in C#, there’re two articles with sample code for you to learn this topic.

    How To Send and Receive SMS using GSM Modem

    I have used the GSMComm Library for Sending and Receiving SMS. You require a GSM modem or phone for sending an SMS.

     

    Sending SMS using .NET

    This article covers some of the ways of sending SMS using .NET

    1.       Sending SMS via GSM modem

    2.       Sending SMS via a webservice

    3.       Sending SMS via service provider endpoints

  • Hi, In order to do this, you have to listen to the port, which the device that you use to send/receive sms is connected. When data is received to the port, you have to retrive you can do your prcessing. And when sending aslo you have to push data back to the port, using AT commands. Most of the AT commands are common. But device specific ones has to be get from the vendor. If you search on the web you can easily find some c# code samples for sending and receiving sms. :)
