Form changes based on a selected criteria

I am attempting to create a data base for audits

I have 12 different audit templates each based on a different subject and with a different number of questions

I would like to know if its possible to have only 1 form that changes to one of the 12 different templates based on a title or criteria

In an unbound parent form include a subform control, and change the SourceObject property of the control to the relevant 'template' form in the AfterUpdate procedure of a combo box in the parent form.
