Report viewer 12 (version : scroll bar is not behaving properly with IE11 (with IE10 and other browser it is working properly with scroll) RRS feed

  • Question

  • Using .NET 3.5, Report Viewer 12 (version: (Previously facing the same issue with version, C#, ASP.NET, IE11

    Scenario: 01

    .aspx code:

Using the above code we are getting the below Report Viewer, but several effort we did not able to bring the horizontal scroll bar properly:

    Scenario: 02

Here we changed the property SizeTOReportContent=”true” as showing on the below screen:

After changing this property, we are getting the report properly with scroll bar horizontal and vertical both only when loading operation is completed. During the loading time the report viewer tool bar is getting narrow (smaller in size e.i. almost 50% of report viewer width as mentioned in the below screen 1) which is looking very odd. Mainly when if any multiple parameters are there in the report. After selecting the proper parameters the report gets loaded with proper scroll horizontal and vertical both (as shown in screen 2). In this case report header does not behave fixed with scrolling instead of making the report header fixed and it does behave properly with IE10 and other browsers. We need your support to make the horizontal and vertical scroll working together with report header scrollable (fixed when scrolling) as it is behaving with IE10 and other browsers like Chrome and Mozilla.
