  • Press "Windows button" and then find the desired application. Right click on the application icon and notice at bottom-right for uninstall option.

  • It  doesn't work. When I plugin the camera next time, the app will be installed automatically. And I have removed all metadata in DeviceMetadataStore.

  • Hi Tango__

Can you go there: Control Panel\Hardware and Sound\AutoPlay to find if your defalut application is set to something? And then remove it.

    Good luck

  • Hi James

Thanks for you help. But I set nothing for it.

I built this sample http://code.msdn.microsoft.com/windowsapps/Metro-style-device-app-for-4f39b7bf#content and installed it following this document(http://msdn.microsoft.com/library/windows/hardware/hh454870) with a driver mft sample. It works ,but it will crash when my camera has h264 format. So I want to remove the app and debug it , but I don't know what can I do except re-install windows. I tried to delete the app exe file ,unregister driver mft dll, remove the app from Metro panel. But when I plug-in the camera , the sample app will be installed automatically, I can see the app info in Control Panel->Devices and Printers.
