New Flight 14951 Released

We have released a new flight with the build number 14951 for insiders. If you discover any new issues, please report it using the feedback app.
New this build:
· BCD has been changed to fix the bug where some users saw the recovery mode screen
· Remote registry access has been added
· Updated OS files including core OS bug fixes
Known issues:
· BluetoothLE pairing may fail on all devices. The cause is under investigation
· BluetoothLE GATT service discovery may fail on all platforms
· Remote Display may fail with the Dragon Board.Remote Display may fail with the Dragon Board
NOTES:
- Samples are available for the new APIs (Windows.Devices.Gpio.GpioInterruptBuffer) introduced in the previous flight here: https://github.com/ms-iot/samples/tree/preview/GpioOneWire

On Raspberry PI 2: continuos download of update !!! (wasting our internet band)

Hey is there anyone here? or Satya has fired you all?
We have TEN Raspeberry PI 2 that are clogging up our internet.The poor, 10.0.14931.1000 version, download an update (!),
ask the restart to complete the upgrade, when they leave (not updated)
start a new download and so on to ... infinityyyyyyThank you for a reply.

My suggestion:
- download the 14931 ffu and install it via Windows Iot Core Dashboard
- kill the update service until a new stable version is available
sc.exe config wuauserv start=disabled

Windows IOT Remote Client does not work on the Dragon 410C.
Any clues what may be wrong as it makes the board useless in a "headless situation".

Hi Detect Blue,
Please refer to the release notes for the version of IoTCore that you are using. Based on your experience I suspect you are using insider edition and 14951 which is the latest version.

The IoT Dashboard will provide you the latest FFU. This will not be the latest version however as it is expected that the device will update to the latest version automatically by design.
