Cant publish on gallery !! you don't have privilege to upload a sample

Hi everony,

I m a MCSE and i developer, and i want help the community with the tool i created for all as contribution, this job took me a year for develop the software for microsoft, but i cant publish on galery ?? with messag Sorry, you don't have privilege to upload a sample, 

my account is already cheked ?? there is specific condition ?? and what ? pls help me

create a new hotmail or outlook and register it on technet forums and create your sample.

but if i cant publish in the galery ?? or if the galery will be retiered where i can publish ??

i saw from the article that we can add our code or project to github ? but who i can shared it and there is the points if the people use it from github to make me be MVP for exemple ??

thanks a lot, because a have passed a lot of time to create a very interessed tool for community, and it would be a shame if people can't take advantage of it .

but that is the problem, if gallery will be retiried and passed to read only, where i can share my scripts and tool for help communoti ? and can you give me the right in gallery ? thanks 

it would be a shame, i worked a lot to make a tool but now i cant shared it, another question can i shared my publication github on technet without risk to be blocked ? 

there is someone or moderator to connect for gallery problems ?
