PDF shows partial page only

Question

I'm totally stumped on this and need to support a user working from home while I work from home. The report looks good. She clicks the button "PDF or XPS" then publish. The created PDF when opened only shows a portion of each page with the remainder chopped off.

This resolved by having each person reboot their computer. One person required a second reboot when the problem persisted after the first reboot.

That is definitely unexpected. The problem must be with the user's computer installation.
You can try an Office Repair, but i don't expect much.

Does it matter if she exports using "standard" vs "minimum" size in the Publish dialog? Is she opening in full Acrobat or just the Reader? In either case I'd first confirm that the latest version with all relevant updates have been applied.

Bruce, it does not involve Adobe or Acrobat but default Microsoft Access functionality when saving as a PDF. A couple of options exist when creating. Neither makes any difference. I am trying a couple of things. If something works I will update the thread here.Thursday, May 7, 2020 8:51 PM
