Install on new PC

Question

I recently bought a new PC and need to install my purchased Web Expression version on my new PC.  I have the serial number, am not seeing a place that I type it in the on the free version that I downloaded.  I tried chatting with a person in their chat, but they were no help.  I don't have a CD for installing it.

Can someone point me the right direction to get help?

Even if you had the CD you wouldn't be able install it.  Microsoft disabled the license servers for the Expression products so there is no way to validate the license key.
