Hard Drive recovery RRS feed

  • Question

  • I got busy and screwed up by taking my NAS off-line for a couple of weeks.  My Primary HD is a SSD so I use my D: for all my data the transfer it over to the NAS.  But my Laptop kept shutting down, and shutting down while trying to start-up.  Well I took a look and my D: drive is completely FULL!!!  Now it says RAW for a file system and tells me I need to Format it in order to access it.

It's 500GB of my life on that thing and I am wondering if anybody can please please assist me in recovering that data??

I would be so greatful, and some lessons are learned the hardway, but OMG I hope it's not this time.

Thank you in advance, and I look forward to hearling from somebody soon.  Thanks folks.
