Expansion Card USB 3.0 for Kinect for Windows? RRS feed

  • Question

  • I have bought the Kinect v2 Sensor for Windows and XBOX One + Adapter to try and program them on the PC. Everytime I connect them to the PC, the Kinect v2 Configuration Verifier shows me a warning that the USB Controller detected is supported but with unknown bandwidth. It may or may not be compatible with my hardware.

Does anyone have any experience in regards to the USB Controller? I have also done all the Windows Update and now very confused because the Kinect won't deliver streams now.

Note: I have read this https://social.msdn.microsoft.com/Forums/de-DE/bb379e8b-4258-40d6-92e4-56dd95d7b0bb/confirmed-list-of-usb-30-pcie-cardslaptopsconfigurations-which-work-for-kinect-v2-during?forum=kinectv2sdk and bought and installed the Transcend PDU3, but it also shows me the same error message. Help is very much needed.
