PowerPivot IF Statements RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hi, I'm new to PowerPivot. I understand the syntax is different than a regular excel formula. Was hoping I could get some help with an IF statement. Here is my formula in excel, which works just fine:

    =IF(AND(K2<>"",L2<>""),"CR Flagged as both UA and NI",IF(OR(K2<>""),"Negative Impact CRs",IF(OR(L2<>""),"Unauthorized CRs")))

    Here is how I'm trying to convert to PowerPivot, but it's not working. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated! Thank you

    =IF([NI Flag2]<>""&& ([UA Flag2]<>""),"CR Flagged as both UA and NI"), IF([NI Flag2]<>""),"Negative Impact CRs" || ([UA Flag2]<>""),"Unauthorized CRs")

  • I don't know if you still need help with this.  But I got this to work

    = IF([NI Flag2]<>"" && [UA Flag2]<>"","CR Flagged as both", IF([NI Flag2] <>"", "Negative Impact CR",IF([UA Flag2] <> "","Unauthorized CRs","")))
