h264 Streams - are they supported in app store apps ? RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hi,

as the title says - I want to know if h264 streams are supported in windows app store apps.

ultimately I would like to be using this as a live video stream which we can access on demand via the windows app store app.

please let me know if this is possible and any information on other possible stream types supported would be helpful as well

a usage guide would be much appreciated.

    Regards

  • Hi, thank you for your answer.

by supporting h.264 to a certain extend do you mean it's limitation in terms of format or is there more ?

  • Thanks Rick for your kindly help.

    Hi Wazs,

I think your understanding is correct. Just as Rick shown above, H.264 with profile Baseline, Main, High are supported.

    Thanks.
