i am building a wap site using asp.net under vb.net so users can download logos,screensavers,ringtones..etc
with billing.i think to do that i need to send the content to the users after i
check thier billing info from the service provider in my country via SMS...how
could i do that??i also have a VPN connection with the service provider to
establish a connection to thier SMSC....what should i do and what do i
need??????? plzzzzzzzzzz help me!!!!

okay..wt i made out of ur msg.. is tht u want to find away for billing the ppl whn they download or purchase content.. i think.. u could do this process using a web service.. tht's usually supplied by the service provider.
