Simply capture the template of your sysprep'ed image from management portal. Here is link - https://azure.microsoft.com/en-in/documentation/articles/virtual-machines-capture-image-windows-server/
Then you can provision as many as VM's you want.

I capture the template (it give me a warning that it will delete the original image)
and go ahead and provision image. I am getting a timeout when trying to provision that template image.
I still can't RDP to the server and get the content from the VHD.
My question, is they any way we can open the Vhd without all this capture and provision process.
That is an accident running sysprep on the VM in the first place, we simply want to RDP or
access the content in the VHD, is there any way?
