wtf happened to MSDN support? - it has turned into crap RRS feed

  • Question

  • I've used MSDN support many times over the last 15 years. It always worked out great - until now. What did they do to it? Severity A issues are supposed to be responded to within 2 hours. Now they do indeed get responded to. But the response is an email that asks irrelevant questions and then the case gets transferred to another department who doesn't respond at all.

    SLA met. Awesome!

Just follow the trails here to see for yourself:

[REG:117050515696718] We are having issues connecting SSRS via .NET web  Initial Response

[REG:117051015717656] The request failed with HTTP status 403: Forbidden.  Initial Response
