Enterprise library Data Access Block is a high level to access database. it uses Ado.net inside it.in other word DAB is just encapsulating common parts of accessing to database with ado.net such as opening and closing connection and making your queries execution
safer because it checks sql injections. one more advantage of using DAB is that you will need less coding than pure ado.net
