SharePoint and 508 Compliance and valid CSS

Good day,

I am hoping to get some feedback. I am presently using SP2010. I have adopted the Twitter Bootstrap as the master page for publishing sites. I am trying to understand the full scope of what needs to happen to ensure 508 compliancy on a SharePoint 2010 / 2013, website. (Again presently on SP2010 but looking at Sp2013).

I get quite a many errors and am not sure what needs to happen in order to make it accessible. Any GOOD links out there or anyone willing to take a look at a site I have to give me an idea of what I would need to do?
