chat application with lync sdk RRS feed

  • I am planning to build a chat application that communicates with lync client,means chat application will be on website which sees all available users in lync and chat with them.Which is the better way for this?Can i go for lync client sdk or ucma 3.0?

  • Use the UCMA API to do this.  Take a look at this sample as a starting point.  It's written with the UCMA 2.0 API, but you can translate it to the UCMA 3.0 API for Lync.

  • The UCMA 3.0 SDK also has the Contact Center reference application, which demonstrates anonymous web chat.
