  • Hi, 

    I was doing some editing on my website and then certainly I can't login in or open the site in a new browser. On azure it seems like the page is running normally.

    Anyone suggestions on how to solve this issue? 

    This is the Error message: 

    "500 - The request timed out. The web server failed to respond within the specified time."

  • Hi, you have this tagged as an Azure DocumentDB issue - were you making changes to your DocumentDB database in the portal, or is this an issue with an Azure Web Apps website? If you were making changes to a database, what changes did you make?
