Hello,
From memory the Project Server PSI web services are not browserable in the browser, they only work in code. A simple way to access the PSI is via PowerShell. Some examples can we be seen here: https://gallery.technet.microsoft.com/site/search?f%5B0%5D.Type=User&f%5B0%5D.Value=PWMather&f%5B1%5D.Type=ProgrammingLanguage&f%5B1%5D.Value=PowerShell

Santosh,
Does this have anything to do with Microsoft Project, a project management application? If not, then you have posted to the wrong forum. Try this forum instead: https://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/projectserver/en-US/home?forum=whatforum.
If this does relate to customization or programming of Microsoft Project, then please provide more information so someone can help you. For example, what version of Project are you using, is it updated with the latest service pack, and what is your end goal?
