Unable to update Windows 8.1 32-bit PC RRS feed

    Hi,

    I tried updating Windows 32-bit PC. "Checking for updates" was running for long time. To solve that issue I used the standalone installers to solve the issue. The following are the standalone installers I used.

    • kb-3172614
    • kb-3173424

    Of the above two, I was not able to install kb-3172614.What could be the possible reason for this?
