    Hi I have setup PHP on IIS 6, I have got PHP to work along with MySQL databasa server, however my PHPMyAdmin tool is giving me an error saying mbstring and mcrypt extensions are not installed, as well as PHP MySQL library isnt updated. You can see a screenshot of the error below:ScreenShot

    So I found the extensions in php.ini and uncommented them, restarted the server but I still receive this error. I havent yet tried to update the PHP MySQL library.

    I looked on php.net documentation but it is a bit confusing or too technical. I was wondering if someone else here had similar problem and could explaine to me about this and tell me how to fix it. Thanks in advance, waiting for your replies.

    The php_mcrypt.dll is required, and enable it in the php.ini

    extension=php_mcrypt.dll

    Please read the posts carefully before replying, when you just reply without reading carefully you are only wasting your and my time. As I have already mentioned I've tried uncommenting these extension in php.ini files and that did not fix the problem. Seems like there is more to it...
