Hi MGerio,
According to your description, my understanding is that you want to import AD user profiles to a SharePoint 2013 list.
You can create a SQL table to store all AD information, synchronization can be done through SQL and you can use BCS to display this information in SharePoint.

You can use hidden User Profile list: link
The User Information List can be accessed (Only if you’re admin) via the browser by navigating to /_catalogs/users/simple.aspx from your site. (Ex: http://myportal/_catalogs/users/simple.aspx)
