  • Hi,

Can you please file enhancement requests according quality criterias not met (see below)?

    a.     this sentence is inacceptable: “The execution of all other Netlogon methods that require a secure channel is similar to the above example.” Words “All other” and “similar” are simply too fuzzy.

    b.     For this specific protocol on page http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc208245.aspx :  “Client” and “Server” concepts on the diagram are not defined !

  • Hi Olivier, I appreciate the feedback on the protocol specifications. I passed your feedback on to the team to clarify the wording and the definitions of “Client” and “Server” used in diagram of section 4.1 as Technical Documentation Issues (TDIs) and we'll update the documentation in a subsequent future release.

The definitions of “Client” and “Server” used in the diagram of section 4.1 are: client: (1) A computer on which the remote procedure call (RPC) client is executing, as defined in the [MS-GLOS] glossary document (http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc207937.aspx). As I mentioned we'll be updating the definitions within the documentation.

    Thanks,
