  • Which port? Http port 80, https port 443 or another port
Have you tried telnet on the server in question or locally

The 500 error is typical a firewall issue

  • Hi,

On your send port configuration - clear the box that says Enable chunked encoding.  I found this in the MSDN AS2 Walkthrough...  See step 5

To create a send port to send the message to the trading partner

In BizTalk Server 2006 Administration Console, right-click the Send Ports node under the BizTalk Application 1 node, point to New, and then click Static Solicit-Response Send Port.

    Note

    1) If you use BizTalk Application 1, you must add a reference in BizTalk Application 1 to the BizTalk EDI Application, so your application can use its artifacts. For more information, see How to Add a Reference to the BizTalk Server EDI Application.

    2) In the Send Port Properties dialog box, name the send port.

    3) In the Transport section, select HTTP for Type, and then click Configure.

    4) In the HTTP Transport Properties dialog box, for Destination URL, enter http://localhost/Fabrikam/BTSHttpReceive.dll.

    5) Clear Enable chunked encoding. Click OK.

    6) For Send pipeline, select AS2Send.

    7) For Receive pipeline, select AS2Receive.

    8) In the console tree, select Filters. For Property, enter BTS.ReceivePortName; for Operator, enter ==; and for Value enter the name of the receive port that will receive the EDI interchange.

    Hope this Helps!!!!!
