Configuring IIS7 with ServletExec AS 6 RRS feed

I'm trying to run SE 6/AS with IIS7 on 64bit Windows 7. JSPs, Java beans and JDBC all work as they should.

<o:p></o:p>I wrote a "hello world" page, which works fine. However, if I try to pass a parameter in the request, for example http://localhost/hello.jsp?id=123, the page fails. SE log reports

<tt>The JSP page does not exist (filename = C:\Inetpub\wwwroot\hello.jsp?id=123)<o:p></o:p></tt>

If I submit a form with a "post" it works. If I change the method to "get", it fails. So it sounds as though GET isn't an allowable verb for the servletexec dll.

Thanks in advance for your help.

You should post this question in the ServletExec forum on New Atlanta's web site:

Many thanks, and I'd certainly have done that if the SE forum would allow me to register. However it doesn't work for me or for my sysadmin.

What sort of error do you get when trying to register? It should send you a confirmation email with a verification link. Did you check your spam filter for the confirmation email? Send me your email address offline and I'll check into this for you. My email address is "vbonfanti at newatlanta.com".

As suggested, I posted this on the ServletExec forum, and Vince's people sorted out the issue very promptly - it requires a hotfix, details are at:

Thanks to you all for your help with this.
