The SSRS report when exported in the pdf format . RRS feed

  • Question

  • All the columns of my SSRS report  doesn’t come on same page, rather it breaks  when exported in the pdf format.

what configuration does it require to have all the columns on same page.

    Thanks

  • You need to adjust your report in designer window so that report dimensions fall within one page width (length and breadth ). Otherwise it will break to next page. If its currently using portrait dimensions see if it can be turned into landscape.

  • In Report properties by selecting the paper size as custom and adjusting the width did the trick. We can adjust the height as well  to get the required no of rows in one pdf page.

Note: When we adjust the width or height as mentioned above, it automatically adjusts the report orientation(portrait/landscape)

    Thanks

  • Your Page Marigins + Report Body Size should be less than Page Size
