    You should set B as an app folder, then set default document for B app such as default.aspx

          <defaultDocument enabled="true">
                <add value="default.aspx" />

    Hi wibowowiwit,

    A url refers to an aspx in webform.

    For example , http://localhost:7000/A/B means you want to visit B folder in A fold  and A folder is in the root path of your website.

    By default, iis doesn't allow the user to visit a url refers to a folder.

    So , you had better input a url that refers to an aspx page.

    For example, you could input http://A/B/c.aspx  ,if your website has an aspx named c.aspx in folder B.
