App Service Plan - Degraded performance RRS feed

  • Hi,

    Today we are experiencing degraded performance in a particular App Service Plan that holds 2 Apps. We cannot access neither the Apps nor the App Service Plan through the portal, we get the following screen:

    Our monitoring on NewRelic indicates that our apps are running on 1 instance (when we have explicitely set for a scaling that has 2 instances as minimun).

    We cannot access any resource to view any kind of in-Portal metric, none of the Apps suffered any kind of code change or new deployment.

    This started at 10/20 4AM PST.

  • Hi,

    A recent deployment was causing issues for specific functions in the Azure Portal. Already the issues is mitigated, please check now.

    I marked it as solved because I managed to get to the App Service engineers and they solved it. This was not a portal issue, at least on our case, it was affecting the App Service Plans directly. CLI and old portal were failing too when trying to operate on our App Service Plan.
