Where can I post a question for System.Speech.Synthesizer?
Hi,
I prefer the suggestion shared by Ed Price in this thread Speech Synthesizer - Check if audio device disabled which shows that it depends on the contents of your issue like the development language, whether that is a specific project type, and so on.
Places to ask (depending on your context)...

Hello fchateau.
I suggest you to ask your question in the .NET Framewrok Class Libraries Forum at http://social.msdn.microsoft.com/Forums/vstudio/en-us/home?forum=netfxbcl; I can move it there for you if you want.
Bye.
