Searchable ListBox? RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hello,

I have a listbox with a lot of rows.  I want to make the user's life easier by providing them with a searchable listbox.

You know, the ones that have a textbox.  The user types in the textbox and the content of the listbox gets trimmed down to what matches the user's input.  Or the content scrolls to the best matching row.

I was just going to start coding it, then I thought I should ask, if there is a way to do this with the wpf controls out of the box...or has someone else already done this...

I haven't found anything but it maybe because I don't know what the control is called ;-)

    Thanks.
