How do I stop my avast from popping up every time I update my program?

Question
-
When I add stuff or do whatever with my program and then publish it. I run the program and it says there's an update. After it updates and goes to run the program my avast pops up and puts the program in Sandbox. On avast it gives this message:
The program is running in the avast! sandbox.
This means that it cannot do any harm to your
computer even if it were malicious.
File: (location)/filename.exe
Reason: The file prevalence/reputation is low
Duration: (time here)When I run the program itself, avast doesn't come up, its only when I do the update. How can I get that to stop coming up?
A friend suggested about signing it so that it stops avast from coming up (It does it to them too)
When I click on the Signing tab on the program properties, the "sign the ClickOnce manifests" is checked, and the Certificate is located in the Trusted Root Certification Authorities store folder.
But it still makes avast pop up. Am I not "Signing" it correctly?
How can I get it to stop bringing up Avast Sandbox?
(And no, Its all safe code, there's no virus's in it, and there's nothing wrong with it, It runs fine, doesn't use alot of resources or anything, as stated my friend installed it on their own PC, and it was fine. Except for the updating part, that's the only time when Avast sandbox comes up)
Any help would be great.

What kind of certificate are you using?

I guess its one that Visual Basics creates?
Here is a screen shot (with a few parts "censored" out), in the signing part. If everything is okay otherwise, Could it be just a pesky issue with Avast itself?

Just because you created a certificate yourself doesn't make it "Trusted". I don't see any particular security risk on your part to call for censoring that information(especially the IssuedBy), as all you have provided in this screenshot is exactly nothing useful. If everyone was able to run around and make their own trusted certificate, then having certificates would be pointless. A more useful screen shot would be the avast message that says your certificate is not trusted.

Maybe you need to get a trusted code signing certificate. Try a google search.

Here is the avast messages that pop up when the program finds an update and downloads it, after the download/install the program starts up, and avast pops ups.
As for your statement "I don't see any particular security risk on your part to call for censoring that information(especially the IssuedBy)" I don't really think everyone needs to know my PC's name. or other information dealing with my PC. Thats why it was censored.

I will have to look around I guess, didnt really want to have to put out cash, as its just a small video program for a group of friends that play angry birds. But I have also sent an email to avast about it.
Thanks for your replies.
