  • I am looking for PCI Express example driver to start with it in order to develop PCI express card.

  • PCI Express is backwards compatible with legacy PCI.  You can use the same driver model as the various PCI drivers that are already in WinCE. 

    Note that the CE driver model supports the concept of bus agnostic drivers.  You can write the driver such that it can run on any bus, and the only additional requirement to support it on PCI is the registry entries that make up the template.  If you search on "bus agnostic driver" in the documentation you'll find a lot of material.
