How add new task on outlook.com account?

Question

I should like to use task-API, the same Appointment-API.
But, I think Microsoft forgot...

I don't like (calendar -> more -> tasks). It isn't fast.

1-Is there a option to open direct the task list? 
2-Can I create a tile to open task list?
3-Could I create C# application to open task list?
4-Is there a 'launch' only to open the task list?

I'm using To Do Pro app.
It has everything I need, tile, alerts and grouping.

Meanwhile, I will wait the Microsoft provide a launch to interact with tasks and also create a tile to open the list of tasks.
