Azure CDN - HTTPS Error: Request cannot be served. RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hello,

We are trying to setup azure CDN to server the content for our server "running web services". we already set it up for HTTP and it is working fine. when we tried to enable HTTPS, we are getting this error

    "Request cannot be served. "

Not sure what is the problem. any detailed steps how to set it up?

  • Hi Moustafa,

If you bypass Azure CDN, is it working fine?

Can you provide me the URL so that I can test and respond back?

    Regards,

  • Hello Msrini,

It is working fine without Azure for HTTP/HTTPS. when using Azure, only HTTP is working but HTTPS throw the above error.

Th server is hosted on amazon AWS for know "we are planning to shift it once CDN is working for HTTPS too". it is exposing an API for requests by mobile clients. we are using a self-signed certificate. not sure if this is the reason or not. the server url is:

    https://amzn.qstrs.com/

I've disabled HTTP for now and kept HTTPS only to limit the logs for HTTPS session.
