download VS 2010 Web installer from here - http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=12752 

double click it...it will first download all files....and then it will install it....it is just NEXT->NEXT->NEXt kind of install...i mean to say mostly you select the hard drive and click next, next, next ettc...
