Is there any microsoft documentation to say the SSRS 2008 R2 Report Manager Site is IE 11 compatible?
Or any microsoft staff can help to confrim about this ? I googled but nothing found .

See MSDN Planning for Browser Support: "...you must use Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.0 or higher and scripting must be enabled. Internet Explorer 8.0 or higher is recommended" So yes, IE 11 is supported.
