Zooming and HTML page

Question

I have a coded-ui that opens a page with a plan based on geodata that comes from sql(angular used to do the presentation layer).

1st question, does coded-ui can capture when I zoom with the mouse, then choose to draw a line on the plan after zooming?

I run the recording, it seems everything is OK but when running the recordings, it fails on this step

Not sure although it will be tricky to validate zoom in zoom out. I dont see any straight forward way to do this.
