  • Hi Sunny,

Here are some info from your vslogs.cab:

    Source:MsiInstaller  Id:10005 (0x00002715)  Time:2013.12.20 11:26:08  Type:ERROR
Strings (7):[Product: Microsoft .NET Framework 4 Client Profile -- Error 25003. Error occurred while initializing fusion.

Here is a blog about this issue: http://blogs.msdn.com/b/vsnetsetup/archive/2013/09/30/error-25003-error-occurred-while-initializing-fusion.aspx

Then I checked your installation log:

Error: Cannot open manifest file C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework64\v4.0.30319\ServiceModelPerformanceCounters.man, returned error code is 3.

Error: Unable to uninstall performance counters defined in the counter definition XML file C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework64\v4.0.30319\ServiceModelPerformanceCounters.man.

Now can you please check you are using this installer first http://www.microsoft.com/en-in/download/details.aspx?id=17718

Then please try use this tool to repair:

    http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2698555

If the error persists, try back up C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework64\v4.0.30319 folder first then check if you can manually remove  C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework64\v4.0.3031\ServiceModelPerformanceCounters.man and then reinstall .NET Framework 4.

    Regards,
