When you say I try it now all the pages of the classified site appear, what page are you looking at that's showing all.
Are you refering to the tabs accross the top?
You can change it as much as you want, just build some new masterpages.
It shouldn't be that hard to do, just add a new default.aspx with your tree view, and your link to your classifieds default page, whatever you name it.
